With assistance from your Learning Area Leader, assemble into groups of 3-4.

These groups will meet at times during the year to work on Impact Cycle.

  1. Make a google doc.
  2. Share the document with your PLC, your LAL and me (staff google list)

What can I use to inform my choice of PDP goals?

How will I choose the focus of my next impact cycle?

Possibilities

  1. Revisit last year’s PDP goals. (were they achieved?)
  2. Use data from 2018 EI (look in outlook for “focused feedback”)
  3. Revisit your data/results from your 2018 IC
  4. Use a focus of the PL program
  5. Look at examples of 2018 Impact Cycles
