1st Year November Assessment Timetable

5 of 9

Attendance

  • You should only attend school during the week when you are timetabled to have an Assessment based on the subjects you study - it is essential that you mark the slots that apply to you on your timetable.
  • It may happen that you don’t do an option subject so you don’t come in for that assessment at 9:00am. You come to school at 10am to get ready for your assessment at 10:30. This assessment will always be in your Form Room. This assessment is over at 11:30. Again you may not study the option subject whose assessment is at 12:00 so you go home. If this is one of your option subjects you get a 30 min Break and Revision period and move to the Exam Room listed on your time table to begin this assessment at 12:00
  • You should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your assessment and go straight to your exam centre.

  • REVISION always go to your Form Room.
  • You will sit your Option Subjects as a class group (eg: Ms Barrett’s Art group together, Mr Murray’s Coding group) - this is clearly stated on your timetable and it also lists the room you are to go to.
