Swim Test

Why do we do this?

  • In the event that sailors capsize, swimming to the boat or waiting to be rescued is crucial!

Requirements:

  • Swim 50m continuously (2 laps)
  • Tread water for 5 minutes
  • Can be done at your local pool -- ask an officer for the form!

Can be completed at Cook and Werblin during Rec Swim
