BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER

  • Food is important. Eating food basically fuses our bodies and keeps us alive. Now of course just eating isn't enough, you have to make sure you are eating high quality and healthy food so try skipping junk food.
  • For breakfast best is to choose a meal containing mostly of fruits or vegetables. Since breakfast is the meal that gives us energy for the rest of the day. Some of my personal recommendations being fruit salads, oatmeal, a vegetable sandwich or if you are feeling lazy a bowl of cereal with milk or simply tea and a sandwich would work too.
  • Lunch is the second meal of the day. Here is the time to add some meat to your plate. I prefer low fat meat but you can choose whatever. Some of my favorite kinds of meat are chicken, duck or fish.  You can of course add a salad as well or just eat salad on its own.
  • For the final meal of the day you can go crazy and eat whatever you want at this point. If you feel like eating a little you can just go for a snack  you can eat a vegetable soup or if you feel like eating meat you can go for some beef or steak.

HOW TO EAT HEALTHILY AND STOP  WASTING FOOD

  • In order to eat healthier you must cut out of your food list junk or very processed food. Try go for something more natural or cooking yourself at home.
  • Before going shopping for groceries make sure to make a list with the exact things you need so you can avoid food wasting.  Also try going in shops that have an organic or a BIO section for more healthy food.
  • To avoid wasting food you have to buy just as much as you need and what you need, try to do not excessively buy food because you won't be able to finish it all before it expires.
  • Try cooking more yourself and avoid places that generate food waste.
  • In case you're ordering from a restaurant, order as much as you think you can eat so the ingredients don’t go to waste.
  • If food remains on your plate don’t throw it away store it for later or feed it to an animal so it doesn't go to waste.
  • Don’t let food expire. Focus on eating what food is about to expire rather than buying new food each week.
