Visiting Europe

    • We may be in areas that are hot! Air conditioning is not as common as it is in the US; it is always important to stay hydrated.
    • Millions of people visit Europe every year. We can sometimes expect to have long wait times and a slow-moving pace in many locations.
    • Water in Europe often sparkles like the Rhine! We will have to specify that you want still or natural water at most restaurants.
    • Adapters for electronics are a must-have. We recommend buying a universal one – then you will have an adapter for every country we visit.
    • Safety is our top priority. While Europe is very safe, pickpocketing can still happen. Hold your bags close!

  • Let your bank/credit card company know you will be traveling abroad.

On tour

  • ATMs are the best way to get money.
