  • When a Team Captain registers and fundraises $50 or more 10+ weeks before your event, they will receive a NAMIWalks branded gift mailed directly to them.

NAMI National provides the following

  • NAMI National will send a variety of emails for the Team Captain Promotion:
    • A triggered notification to Team Captains when they qualified
    • A scheduled message when at 12-weeks before your local event to all Team Captains who have not yet earned their gift and lapsed 2025 Team Captains
          • Logistics email when the promotion has ended

Team Captain Promotion Timeline

Communication to Walk Managers

  • Emma will email Walk Managers 10 weeks prior to Walk Date that she has pulled their list of Team Captains who qualify for the promotion

​

  • Emma will then reach out to all Team Captains to see if they would like to keep their gift (Walk Managers will be cc’d)
  • Once a final list is determined for each Walk, Emma will work with vendor to send qualifiers their Team Captain Promotion item
    • Walk Managers have the opportunity to do individual outreach to their Team Captains who qualified
