You need to be a good leader and a good communicator. Overcommunicate overcommunicate overcommunicate. Have to be ok with Networking outside the org. Face people look towards

Wants to see new ideas implemented, experience with recruitment (MR is best), organized, adaptable, communicative

Plan and execute corporate events every semester
Outreach for corporate sponsorships in summer
Oversee iDev team and coordinate workshops, focus groups, case competition
Farm dominos and panda express points every week

Weekly time commitment

Heavily dependent week to week (estimate 10-15 hours per week)

You get more face time with candidates than any other exec position (great way to build good connections with the new class each semester)

Organized, good at talking to recruiters, balance between hardass and approachable, on top of emails and messages, heavy internship/RSO experience (you are the go to professional person in BAP)
