The Planning Office at Iloilo State University of Fisheries Science and Technology (ISUFST) – Dingle Campus was lead by Dr. Nordy D. Siason Jr., CESO VI, as the University President. Reporting directly to him is Dr. Dingras E. Balbona, the Officer-In-Charge (OIC) Campus Administrator. Under Dr. Balbona's supervision, Prof. Romel D. Agunos serves as the Planning Officer, managing the planning office's activities and initiatives.

The university's commitment to continuous improvement was further solidified by its Five-Year Development Plan. This ambitious roadmap laid out the institution's goals and objectives for the next half-decade, encompassing academic programs, research initiatives, and infrastructure development.

To assess the effectiveness of its quality assurance measures, the university conducted regular accreditation and evaluation processes. These include ISO Certification, AACCUP Technical Review, Internal audits, and External Evaluations. The results of these assessments provided valuable insights into the university's strengths and areas for improvement.

The university's commitment to quality assurance was also reflected in its physical plan and financial plan. The physical plan outlined the institution's infrastructure development projects, ensuring that the facilities were conducive to learning and research. The financial plan, on the other hand, allocated resources to support quality assurance initiatives, such as faculty development programs, research grants, and accreditation fees.

Central to the Faculty Development Plan is the belief that continuous professional growth is indispensable for teacher effectiveness. Of the twenty (20) faculty of the College of Education, fifteen (15) are doctor degree holder and the five (5) faculty are currently enrolled in their Doctoral Degree Program
