  • Completion of Washington State History
  • Completion of a High School and Beyond Plan- Student will work on & complete during senior year in homeroom
  • Completion of a Pathway which can include:
    • State Assessment in English/Language Arts and Math
    • SAT/ACT
    • ASVAB
    • CTE Class Pathway (2.0 Credits in a particular CTE grouping)

  • Set a schedule: Get up get dressed and stick to a normal routine
  • Normal Sleep: Keep your normal sleep habits, watch out for staying up late
  • Exercise: Social distancing still allows you to go outside and walk etc.
  • Use your mind/Be the good: Read articles and learn new knowledge focusing on positive information
  • Manage Anxiety: The news can be overwhelming, control how much you read and believe is correct and remember we are all in this together
  • Socially Engage: Text friends, facetime etc. to maintain your positive relationships
  • Silver Lining: Create a gratitude journal and with your extra time start a new hobby you have always wanted to try
