About Eureka
During the 2023 IFA, we launched the Eureka E10s robot vacuum. This model features an innovative bagless base station, offering a worry-free and cost-effective cleaning solution for users worldwide, which has been well-received by many. Additionally, the E10s boasts excellent cleaning performance, five-stage filtration and mop lift function, earning praise from various media. It has been repeatedly listed among the “Best Robot Vacuum 2023” rankings. Due to its positive reputation, there are about 100,000 Eureka E10s activated globally now.
However, our product department also received valuable feedback from discerning users during their research. They provided many useful suggestions regarding the product's navigation capability, anti-tangle features, and app interaction.
In response to strong user demand and market needs, we proudly introduce the Eureka E20 Plus. As the successor to the Eureka E10s, the E20 Plus features significant improvements in all aspects, particularly in cleaning performance, anti-tangle capability, and obstacle avoidance.
