Project Planning
1
ISAM Overview
2
Our project is part of the COSMIC Space Consortium In-Space Servicing, Assembly, and Manufacturing (ISAM) design challenge. As a part of the challenge, we MUST generate an ISAM idea and then create a design that can perform three continual ISAM actions.Examples of ISAM:-Assembling a satellite in space-Manufacturing fiber optics-Repairing satellites in orbit
Management Style
Our team has weekly joint meetings to discuss individual progress and how the team is progressing towards weekly goals. At these meetings we break down tasks for the upcoming week and collaborate on the weekly lightning talk presentation.

Task Decomposition
What can we take away from our knowledge of users?
4
Project Endstate
By the end of the COSMIC space challenge we will have created a design that can perform three continuous actions related to ISAM capabilities. Our final design must fit the BCT X-Sat Venus Class bus.

Risks
Scope Creep:
“Continuous or uncontrolled growth in a project's scope, at any point after the project begins”
With our project being broad and largely up to the team to define how we will solve complex problems, naturally we will encounter scope creep. If unmanaged scope creep can cost us time and energy necessary for improvement of the project.
