Este primul proiect câștigat de organizația noastră în urma obținerii Acreditării Erasmus+ și se derulează între 01.09.2021-30.11.2022.
Obiectivele acestui prim proiect sunt:
It is the first project won by our organization after obtaining the Erasmus + Accreditation and takes place between 01.09.2021-30.11.2022.
The objectives of this first project are:
-Participation of kindergarten staff in courses offered by national and international technology providers, in order to acquire skills in adapting the curriculum to online learning;
-Participation of at least 6 teachers in training courses for the acquisition of skills in communication and establishing functional relationships with preschoolers and their families;
-Participation of teachers in training courses in order to acquire skills in the application of assessment methods and the creation of remedial plans, in classic and online format.
Prin participarea la cursuri de formare în domeniul digitalizării dorim să îmbunătățim, la nivelul dezvoltării profesionale a profesorilor, dar și la nivelul dezvoltării organizației noastre, următoarele aspecte:

By participating in training courses in the field of digitization we want to improve, at the level of professional development of teachers, but also at the level of the development of our organization, the following aspects:
-Creating educational content online;
-Technical support and online communication with preschoolers and parents;
-Work on online educational platforms;
-How can ICT be adapted to the teaching activity in pre-school education;
-Classroom management tools using educational applications;
-Identifying applications to create classroom activities;
-Tools to improve the teaching-learning-assessment process;
-Tools related to the optimization of bureaucratic work within the organization;
-How to create media content with attractive presentations;
-How to create a website or blog;
-Exchange of good practices with the participants in these mobilities.

Job shadowing –Grădinița Szivarvany –Ungaria � În incinta grădiniței se desfățurau activități opționale, precum: Balet, Sah, Gimnastică, Terapie Logopedică, Yoga, Limba Engleză, Dezvoltare individuală, Terapia asistată de câini (la una dintre grupe erau integrați 2 copii cu Tulburări de spectru autist). �Optional activities were carried out in the kindergarten, such as: Ballet, Chess, Gymnastics, Speech Therapy, Yoga, English Language, Individual Development, Assisted Therapy by dogs (one of the groups included 2 children with Autism Spectrum Disorders).
