Show Choir family commitments will be discussed later in this meeting

  • Concert Choirs: $40 - (costumes, arrangements, and support items)

  • Maletonez: $125 (costumes, arrangements, and support items)
  • Sensation: $600 (costumes, choreography, arrangements, set needs, and other production costs)
  • NHS Singers and New Dimension: $1,450 (costumes, choreography, arrangements, 2 trips with 2 hotel rooms, set needs, and other production costs)

Fundraising with

BEST

What: Provide staffing for entrances to venue and seating areas, other non-food related positions. Last year we worked VIP and boxes a lot.

Where: LUCAS OIL EVENTS such as COLTS home games, concert tour dates, etc, including the convention center and special events

Parking: FREE in one specific garage

There are uniform and shoe requirements.

Onboarding required for each volunteer in advance. Current payout is $14 per person per hour worked. Colts games are roughly 8 hours of work, from setup to clean up.

Volunteering�

  • Did you know?
  • It takes over 150 volunteers to run the Choir
  • Whether it’s a one-time event, or an ongoing role, we need your help to make a successful season!
  • If every family gives their time and talent to one volunteer position, we will maximize our kids’ experience

Show Choir families are asked to serve two volunteer shift or pay a fee in lieu of service.

Volunteer Identification Process�

  • If you have a lanyard from previous year, please discard. Verification must be completed every year.
  • Complete Safevisitor application every three years. This can be found on NHSCPO website.
  • Please complete the Google Form. This needs to be completed yearly. This helps me to verify with Music Department Secretary. This can be found on NHSCPO website.
  • After verification, Music Department Secretary will print label.
  • At that time, I will make lanyard and deliver to volunteer.
