Exploring Disability Hub MN

Disability Hub MN is not a new website.

  • 2005 as Disability Linkage Line
  • Then DB 101 was available
  • March of 2018 DHS relaunched it as Disability Hub

The goal of the website is to provide a one-stop shop for individuals and their families.

Alexandria-Exploring Disability Hub MN

ISD #206 recognizes that Disability Hub MN is for individuals and their families from birth to death.

At the transition age the need for service coordination is of great importance.

In support of E1MN partnership, Alexandria Public Schools along with VRS and the county, will train their Middle and High School staff to use the website and share it with their families.
