Dr. M. Laurel Walsh

As a capstone chair and academic editor, Dr. Walsh has empowered learners move from concept to publication in both business (St. Scholastica’s MBA and MAM program) and education (Walden University’s Richard W. Riley College of Education). In a prior role as the Executive Director of Walden’s Center for Faculty Excellence, Dr. Walsh oversaw professional development for 2,500 faculty who supported predominantly public health, nursing, and epidemiology programs. The one-voice editor of Walden University’s HLC 2020 site visit, she also coauthored The Essential Guide to Critical Reading and Writing to support students in graduate studies.
