Traditional Learning Environments

“When a teacher tries to teach something to the entire class at the same time, chances are, one-third of the kids already know it; one-third will get it; and the remaining third won’t.  So two-thirds of the children are wasting their time.”  - Lilian Katz

Looking back at Journey Map of Your School

A customer journey map is a visual or graphic interpretation of the overall story from an individual's perspective of their relationship with an organization, service, product or brand, over time and across channels.

When did your team reflect and what did you learn from those reflections?

When could your team have reflected and what outcomes may have changed from those reflections?

When did your team feel the most ownership?

When did your team feel the least ownership?
