The Lunar New Year is a big holiday where families celebrate with red decorations, fireworks, and dragon dances.

China has some really cool landmarks. The Great Wall of China is very long and was built to keep invaders out. The Forbidden City is a huge palace in Beijing where emperors used to live. In Xi’an, there are thousands of clay soldiers called the Terracotta Army that were made for China’s first emperor.
