Request a day off:

  • You can locate a request off sheet in the schedule binder.
  • Always let us know AT-LEAST two-weeks in advance when you have pre-scheduled activities.
  • We try our best to respect everyone's requested days off, but we cannot guarantee the time-off.

Need to change your availability?

  • Please contact your scheduling manager OR general manager when something shows up and it affects your weekly scheduled days.
  • ONLY general manager or management team can okay a change in your schedule.

Tattoos and Facial Piercings

  • May need to be covered at the discretion of management.

Facial Hair

  • Must be groomed and neatly trimmed. Longer beards must be covered by a McDonald’s supplied beard net or mask.

  • You are responsible for the security of your cash register drawer.
  • Notify Management before accepting a $50 bill or larger.
  • Use counterfeit markers on $20 and above
  • Missing money can lead to termination and/or prosecution.
  • Each restaurant has multiple cameras throughout the interior and exterior of the restaurant. The videos and recording are watched and monitored at all times.

  • Employees are prohibited from engaging in personal cell phone use while on the clock, including use of ear buds and headphones

Locked Doors:

Once the doors to the restaurant have been locked to the public, employees may not unlock or open them without permission of management.

Weapons:

The possessions of weapons of any type or form is prohibited on the premise, in the parking lot or any function or activity sponsored by this McDonalds.

Valuables:

Do not bring valuables and belongings or large amounts of cash to work.

Communication:

Immediately tell your manager about any job-related illness accident or unsafe work conditions.

Lets get to know the workplace with some videos!

Steps to get to videos:

  2. Scroll down until you locate FRED under Training and development
  3. Log In using YOUR EID provided by the manager
  4. There will be a big yellow box that reads “safe and respectful workplace” at the top of the screen. Please select that box.
  5. There will be two options, depending on your preferred language you’d like to listen to the video’s in you must choose one of those options.
  6. You will then scroll to the bottom of the page and select “crew training”
  7. You will see multiple circles, go to the “safe and respectful workplace” and hit the second option “launch for all other restaurants”
  8. There will be 10 videos that appear. Please put down your phone, and carefully complete all ten videos before you begin on the floor working with your trainer.
