How to Access Schoolnet for Students

Sign into your Chromebook, and click the Google Chrome icon.
If you don’t know your Chromebook password, go to student-reset.chccs. k12.nc.us, select “Forgot my password”, and follow the prompts.
Click CHCCS Bookmarks, and select NCEdCloud.
If you don’t have the CHCCS Bookmarks, type the address my.ncedcloud.org in the address bar, and hit Enter.
Type your PowerSchool/lunch number in the Username box, and click Go.
Type your PowerSchool password in the Password box, and click Go.
Your PowerSchool password must have an UPPERCASE letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. If you don’t know your PowerSchool password, email one of your teachers or Mr. Scroggs (tscroggs@chccs.k12.nc.us) to reset it.
Click the Schoolnet button.
If you do not see these icons, you may need to click “Applications”.
Under “Take a Test”, enter the Passcode given to you by your teacher, and click Go.
Click “Start Test Now” when you have all your materials and are ready to begin.
Read each question, select the best answer, and click “Next”.
Tools: Calculator, Flag, and Hide
Click the Basic button to open the calculator. A calculator will only appear for calculator active questions!
Click the Flag button to remind you to come back to a question later.
Click the Hide link to hide an answer choice you think is wrong.
After you finish your last question, click “Test Summary”.
Click any unanswered or flagged questions to go back and review them.
If you need to pause your test, click the Pause button at the bottom right.
When you are ready to resume your test, click “Return to Test”.
When you finish, a button will appear in the bottom right for you to click to submit.
