Skills Assessment Checklists- These are completed in the Fall and Spring and can be found in the students Assessment Binders

Open School Night- Usually takes place in September, have a slideshow prepared

Assessment Binders- You will have 1 for each student. You will need to make 1 for each brand new student. Check the monthly calendar to see what you should be working on in the binders. There is an Assessment Binder shared drive where you will find all original documents. All binders must be completed by the end of the school year.

Add/Drop Students (ULS & TeachTown)- Drop any students that you no longer have. Make sure you are able to view all of your students when you log into your curriculum. If you are missing any students, let Mary know.

Sign up for PD’s- In MyLearningPlan, sign up for all cluster meetings and afterschool PD’s.

NYSAA Form- Your lead teacher will let you know if you need to complete the NYSAA form for your students.

Fall & Spring Benchmarks- You will be completing TeachTown or ULS Benchmarks for each student in the Fall and in the Spring.

Student Paperwork- Over the summer, all students are sent home a packet for the parents to complete. You are responsible for collecting that paperwork and submitting it to the office (make copies for yourself). See the student paperwork checklist to help you keep track of what you have received. You can find the checklist in the Teacher Info Drive.

ULS Profiles- In the Fall, you will just be reviewing and updating K-12 Student Learning and Self Help profiles. In the Spring, you will be creating new profiles.
