DC Comics partnered with Palm NFT Studio to design and launch its first NFTs during 2021’s DC Fandome. Hundreds of thousands of NFTs have been claimed by DC fans.

Damien Hirst

Damien Hirst launched his first NFT project on HENI, powered by Palm NFT Studio. The Currency spans 10,000 new original works on Palm exploring the relationship between physicality and value. The project grew from a $20MM market cap to $600MM in less than 5 weeks.

Dan Heyman is a blockchain industry leader with experience building and leading organizations through the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade blockchain protocols. Prior to co-founding Palm, Dan was the Co-Founder and General Manager for PegaSys, ConsenSys’s protocol engineering division. During his four years at the helm of PegaSys Dan led the design and development of Ethereum 1.0, Ethereum 2.0, and Enterprise Ethereum blockchain protocols.

Matt Mason is an industry veteran and best-selling author with 20 years experience across content, marketing, strategy, and product management. Mason was a founder of RWD, one of the largest digital music platforms in the UK. He also served as Chief Content Officer at BitTorrent. He went on to run an innovation lab for Sony Pictures Entertainment and served as the CMO of the cryptocurrency exchange Kraken.

Straith Schreder is a creative and digital media industry leader with experience building some of the world’s most beloved technology and youth media brands. Prior to joining Palm, Straith served as the Executive Creative Director for VICE Media Group,overseeing commercial content strategy, development, and production; she has held creative leadership roles at BitTorrent and Mozilla.

Meredith Baxter is an experienced software engineering lead and core developer in the Ethereum ecosystem. Prior to Palm, Meredith worked as a software engineering lead at PegaSys, ConsenSys's protocol engineering group. She joined PegaSys's founding engineering team to build what is now known as HyperLedger Besu, the enterprise-grade, open-source Ethereum 1.0 client that powers the Palm network.

As editor-in-chief of TheBlkChain and a founder of HerStoryDAO, she is a leading voice and organizer in the NFT community, elevating underrepresented creators and communities in the space. What does compensation look like?

Total compensation = base salary + equity + benefits

• Palm NFT Studio strives to offer a competitive compensation package by including substantial allocations of equity which we hope will grow in value over time.
• Equity is allocated in the form of stock options with standard 4-year monthly vesting and a 1 year cliff (e.g. you will receive your first allocation of equity on your 1-year work anniversary equal to 1/4th of your total allocation, and then 1/48th of your remaining allocation monthly)
• Benefits vary by location, but we are working to equalize benefits globally.
• Currently we offer:

• Come with questions! Each interview is not only a chance for us to get to know you, but is a time for you to find out if we’re the right fit for you! Feel free to ask our interviewers why they chose Palm NFT Studio as their new home.
• Please be prompt! Everyone has a lot going on, both you and our interviewers. It’s best to try and log on at least 10 minutes prior to your interview to make sure you don’t have any technical issues.
• Communicate your needs up front! No one likes getting to the end of an interview process to find out that a role or the compensation being offered isn’t going to meet their expectations. Communicating your needs up front (salary, benefit and role expectations) saves both your time and ours.
