Important to know:

​

Collection Analysis doesn’t read Copy Status only Title Records.

  • If a Title is “Lost” the export still reads the title, as if it is in your collection.

​

  • Delete “Lost” Titles before running collection analysis for most accurate Analysis and Data.

​

​

Run a new Collection Analysis, each time you add /delete a bulk of titles to your Library collection. ( JLG, Scholastic, etc., Weeding materials).

This can be done monthly.
