So why are we talking about civic engagement today . . . In the post-COVID world, employee well-being is no longer considered an optional perk but an essential component of a successful and sustainable business strategy. Companies that invest in their employees' well-being are better positioned to thrive in the evolving landscape of work. Many companies have long recognized the multifaceted benefits of prioritizing employee well-being, including its positive impact on productivity, retention, and overall organizational success.

And volunteering and in particular, civic engagement has been shown to give employees a greater sense of purpose and power especially during these somewhat turbulent times. ��So as you think about your volunteer programs for next year … during what can be an anxiety filled presidential election year, enabling civic engagement is a great way to help support your employees well being. ��
