Divide your piece of paper or paper plate into six parts.
Label each section with the following labels: Nuclear Family, Single-Parent Family, Blended Family, extended Family, Adoptive Family, and Foster Family.
Briefly describe each family and then draw (+Label) a family that would fit that description. For example: for a nuclear family draw four people (can be stick figures) and then label one dad, one mom, one daughter, and one son then give the definition of what it is. Definitions can be found in the textbook in chapter 9 of Applying Life Skills.
