There are just 2 weeks left for the library’s design-a-bookmark contest! To participate, pick up a blank bookmark template in the library or from your art teacher, then design your bookmark using black ink only, and turn it in to Mrs. Royster in the library. The theme is reading and/or school spirit. The top three winners will receive Amazon gift cards!
All entries are due by October 31st.
If you are interested in traveling on the EF Tour to Greece in 2027 please plan to attend the informational meeting in the library on Oct 28th at 6:30pm. RSVP through the link in your email.

Students:
Please be sure to have your parking permit displayed by the end of the day, Tuesday October 28th. Permits are $1 and available in the office.
FBLA and NBHS are hosting a canned food drive to support Helping Hands. The food collected from this drive will stay local and help our CJ community. Please bring donated canned food, peanut butter, jelly, hot chocolate mix, noodle sides, rice sides, and more to Mrs. Walker’s room, room 304.
Students:
There will be no A+ tutoring on any campus the week of 10/20-10/24 due to conferences.
Tutoring will resume on 10/27. There are still openings if you’d like to start tutoring.
AP Students: Don’t forget AP contracts and payments are due to the counseling office by November 3rd.

Seniors, due to high demand, we added another FAFSA Appointment Day at CJHS:
*Individual appointments to complete the FAFSA are November 14 during school hours
*All attendees are eligible to apply for the Journey to College Scholarship
