  • This dashboard will eventually store all of the information of the client but currently we are using it for their social media connection
  • This is also the tool that client facers use to send the registration email to the client in order for them to connect their social media accounts

What is the purpose of the dashboard?

  • Go to the website https://dashboard.agentimage.com/ and log in using the login credentials below:
    • Username: pm@agentimage.com
    • Password: ASK your managers
  • Upon logging in, you will be directed to this screen

  • On the upper left of the page, click on the Projects tab
  • Click on the New Project button on the right side of the page

  • Fill out the respective fields on the next page the click Create

  • Once you click on create, the registration email will be sent to the client.
  • The client can follow the steps in this presentation to connect their social media accounts

  • There are different statuses to find out the status of the client’s invitation to their social media connection you’ll be able to see it easily in the dashboard:

This will show the status of the email invite and if the client was able to register already.

  • Email: Delivered - The email has successfully been delivered
  • Email: Opened - The email has been received and opened by the client
  • Registration: Not Registred - Client has not registered to the dashboard
  • Registration: Registered - Client has registered and can access the dashboard

Invitation Status

This will show the status of the social media connection.

  • Connected: Not Connected - The client has not connected the necessary social media accounts.
  • Connected: Connected - The client has successfully connected their social media accounts
  • With Expired: Yes - One of the social media accounts connected has an expired token
  • With Expired: No - All of the token in the connected social media accounts are still valid

At the far right of each account, you will two or three icons, depending on the status of the client registration

To check what accounts, the client has connected, just click on the pencil icon to open their profile

Once the profile opens, scroll all the way down to the Related Information section and you will see the list of connected social media accounts and its validity

  • Some social media accounts, particularly Facebook and Instagram have token validities.
  • Facebook and Instagram tokens expires after 60 days. The client will receive an email 7 days before the token is set to expire.
  • The client would need to log in to the dashboard and re authenticate the token, failure to do so will result in their social media feed being disabled on the home page

  • Once the client logs in, they should choose the affected social media account. Example: Facebook

  • The client will see the facebook page that they chose to connect and on the lower right side there will be a button that will say Reauthenticate. Once clicked, the token will be reauthenticated

  • If the feed doesn’t appear on the website, there could be a possibility that the client hasn’t chosen the page on the dashboard itself
  • Please make sure to click on Choose Page and Save to make sure it’s connected
