Open Area lights will be on at 50% brightness and increase to 100% once occupancy is detected.

Outside of that schedule: Lights schedule to come on to 100% when occupancy is detected, and to go off complete 20 min after no more occupancy detect.

If room is occupied AND you manually press the off button, the light should go off and stay off until occupancy is no longer detected--then it SHOULD go back to its default behavior

Office lights are off unless occupancy detected, and should turn off after 20 min no occupancy
