1. Sponsor previews the app by using the Digital Procurement Rubric � (provided).�

2. Sponsor works with Vendor to submit the Digital Tool Procurement form in the� Virtual Hub for Faculty (VHF).�

3. Most applications can be installed in a sandbox on a trial basis for adoption � consideration.

4. Request form and trial in the sandbox should be completed to align with � book order due dates.
