Burden and Trust
لذلك نحن ايضا اذ لنا سحابة من الشهود مقدار هذه محيطة بنا لنطرح كل ثقل و الخطية المحيطة بنا بسهولة و لنحاضر بالصبر في الجهاد الموضوع امامنا، ناظرين الى رئيس الايمان و مكمله يسوع الذي من اجل السرور الموضوع امامه احتمل الصليب مستهينا بالخزي فجلس في يمين عرش الله. فتفكروا في الذي احتمل من الخطاة مقاومة لنفسه مثل هذه لئلا تكلوا و تخوروا في نفوسكم. ( عب 12 : 1- 3 )
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares [us,] and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of [our] faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. (Heb 12 : 1 - 3)

تعالوا الي يا جميع المتعبين و الثقيلي الاحمال و انا اريحكم، احملوا نيري عليكم و تعلموا مني لاني وديع و متواضع القلب فتجدوا راحة لنفوسكم. ( متى 11 : 28 – 29 )
"Come to Me, all [you] who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest, "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. (Mat 11 : 28 – 29 )

Burden and Trust?!
اسمعوا لي يا بيت يعقوب و كل بقية بيت اسرائيل المحملين علي من البطن المحمولين من الرحم، و الى الشيخوخة انا هو و الى الشيبة انا احمل قد فعلت و انا ارفع و انا احمل و انجي.) اش 46 : 3 – 4 )
" Listen to Me, O house of Jacob, And all the remnant of the house of Israel, Who have been upheld [by Me] from birth, Who have been carried from the womb, Even to [your] old age, I [am] He, And [even] to gray hairs I will carry [you!] I have made, and I will bear; Even I will carry, and will deliver [you]. (Isa 46 : 3 - 4)
الثقة = الحِمل ينتقل من عليك لربنا
Trust = transferring the burden from your shoulders to God's hands
فقال لها ثقي يا ابنة ايمانك قد شفاك اذهبي بسلام (لو 8 : 48)
And He said to her, "Daughter, be of good cheer; your faith has made you well. Go in peace" (Luk 8 : 48)
