    2. While on active duty, need professional advice? (jobs, schools, and assignments)

3. This Network of Green Berets is your " Team after the Team“

a) Post military job search (Civilian, GS Civilian, Contractor)

4. Looking for someone with the same interests (home town or on vacation)

a) Anything from interests with like minded Individuals like: fishing, hunting, shooting, diving, sports, motorcycle riding, etc.

b) e.g. Member is going on vacation to Hawaii in December…He loves to ride motorcycles, so he needs a bike to rent; fellow SFA member at that destination have a spare bike for him (1) Saves money, (2) Gives him someone to ride with (if he wants)

5. Need Assistance? The site has a blog section where you can go to ask for support/advice.

a) Anything from a home project, writing a book, really anything

b) e.g. 1) Building dock in backyard, 2) Assisting spouse of fallen GB, who needed assistance with casualty Assistance officer type duties. Different teammates in the area have different skills and connections.

6. Update your bio and photo on the site.

a) This can be used for your obituary

c) Fellow members can learn more about you

7. Scenario - a SGM needed assistance for a guy who had legal trouble in Hawaii

8. Member transfers locations, was shown the members directory and saw how many members were in the area to help him get established…..would have had more resources during his PCS had he known of the team in the area who have all stated….

“I would have been willing to help if I would have known”.
