Create your own wrinkled heart:

Supplies needed:

  1. A sheet of paper.
  2. Band aids or paper cut outs of bandaids.
  3. Tape

Instructions:

  1. Crumble up your paper by yourself or as a family.
  2. Try to smooth the paper back out.
  3. If it tears don’t worry place a “band aid” over the tear.
  4. Place your band aids on to your heart.

Crumbling up your paper represent your feeling when some is bullying you. When you try to smooth your paper back out you will see it is really hard to do and those “feeling” are still there. When you put a band aid over those hurt feelings does that help? Think about way we can repair your heart or make your heart from not becoming crumbled.
