Gratitude Chain Craft or Kindness Loops
Supplies Needed:
• Random colored strips of paper
• Colorful markers
Instructions:
Using the strips of paper, write things you are grateful for or ways to show kindness on each strip and then link them together.
1. Bend one strip to make a loop and tape.
2. Weave the second strip through the first, bending it and taping it to make the second link in the chain.
3. Continue until you have completed your chain!
Hang the chain somewhere that you and others can enjoy!

2. Think about kind words or actions
with each strip you tie.

�Crumbling up your paper represent your feeling when some is bullying you. When you try to smooth your paper back out you will see it is really hard to do and those “feeling” are still there. When you put a band aid over those hurt feelings does that help? Think about way we can repair your heart or make your heart from not becoming crumbled.
