  1. October - spend as much time as needed to help TCM recruit 12 DPVs on site by Nov 01.
  2. Nov 01-15 - traveling. End of Nov - finishing of reapplication - working heavily with DM on video/storytelling to convey accomplishments for Shuttleworth Foundation.
  3. Dec - potentially begin college tours, pending delivery of recruiting goals, which we can assess by Mid October.

  • ED Priority #1: In November we have the Microtractor on the schedule and no other plan in place for DPVs -- what will 12 DPVs be doing? Let’s get a scalable plan in place.
  • ED Priority #2: University Tours should take place in October / November -- students have exams and break in December / January -- a tour will not be cost effective and will reach a smaller audience during this time
