Final Manuscript Preparation – Author Guideline

Do Not Use Symbols, Special Characters, Footnotes, or Math in Paper Title or Abstract
Manuscripts must NOT, under any circumstances, contain the IEEE copyright notice at the bottom of the first page. Some IEEE templates include this text, and it must be removed from the template. We will add the correct IEEE copyright stamp automatically.

Be sure to check that the TITLE in the PDF file agrees with the meta data (EDAS) paper title and with copyright form, as otherwise the conference program will show the wrong paper title. The same goes for the author’s name & sequence, also the Abstract. Should you wish to change the title or author sequence in EDAS, please notify us.
Ensure that the caption for FIGURES is written BELOW the figure and the TABLE title is written ABOVE the table. Also, make sure all figures, tables, and equations are CITED in the text. Place figures and tables at the top and bottom of columns. Avoid placing them in the middle of columns
Ensure that all figures are clear and of high quality, ideally 300 dpi.

For papers with more than six authors: Add author names horizontally, moving to a third row if needed for more than 8 authors

Manuscripts must NOT contain page numbers at the bottom of the page.

Manuscripts must NOT contain the conference title at the top of the page.

Verify that all citations are included in the reference list and that no references are missing from the text. The reference format used is IEEE. To facilitate reference writing, you can use Mendeley Reference Manager and select IEEE as the citation style.

Please ensure that all template text is removed from your conference paper prior to submission.

After you completed the IEEE Copyright Transfer, please note that you are not allowed to ADD more authors to your paper
Click the (c) link in the My Papers tab in your EDAS account or Click [+] button in the Copyright row after your paper opened

You will be redirected to the IEEE Website (https://ecopyright.ieee.org/), please continue to enter information as prompted.

Presentation Submission

The presentation template is available as an option (Link: Click Here). You are allowed to have a different template. All presenters must submit a presentation file!

Virtual presenters must provide a well-made MP4 video (1080p) of their talk, not exceeding 10 minutes, to avoid technical issues during the conference. While, offline presenters can skip the pre-recorded video step.

Name your files in the following format: “PaperID_FirstAuthor_PaperTitle”. (The paper title can be abbreviated to the first few words if it's too long.)
