THENEWISHERE
THEREFORE, IF ANYONE IS IN CHRIST, THE NEW CREATION HAS COME: THE OLD HAS GONE, THE NEW IS HERE!
2 CORINTHIANS 5:17
VISION
The vision of newcreation fellowship is to live out heaven’s cultural values through creative-redemptive innovation so that people from all nations may experience the glorious reality of new creation in Christ.
GALATIANS 6:15
Neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything; what counts is the new creation.
ORLANDO
CREATIVE VILLAGE + PARRAMORE
GOD IS LITERALLY BRINGING THE NATIONS TO ORLANDO.
This makes Orlando a strategic location for multicultural ministry.
Central Florida is home to more than 4MM residents and 86% (3.5MM) are not connected to a local church. It is ranked 7th in growth amongst minority populations and 18% of its citizens are foreign-born. It is estimated that about 75MM people visited Orlando in 2018.
CREATIVE VILLAGE
Builds on the success of Orlando’s digital media industry by transforming the former site of the Amway Arena in downtown Orlando into a 68-acre mixed-use, transit- oriented, urban infill neighborhood. This area will be home to leading higher-ed providers, high-tech, digital media, and creative companies, leading to a diverse mix of students, employees, and residents. Creative Village fosters a “live, work, learn, and play” lifestyle in the heart of downtown Orlando while bringing exciting opportunities to the Parramore area.
PARRAMORE
The neighborhood was established in the 1880s by Orlando’s then mayor, James B. Parramore, as a place to “house the Blacks employed in the households of white Orlandoans.” And for 60 years, it grew into a thriving Black community with 18k residents and streets lined with vibrant schools, theaters, local shops, family-owned restaurants, and hotels. But in the 1950s and 1960s, amidst civil unrest at the end of the Jim Crow era, new construction cut Parramore off from the rest of the area and the community suffered greatly.
LEADERSHIP
As best friends, Ike and Rechab wanted to be sure planting a church together was indeed a calling from God. After a retreat dedicated to seeking God’s direction, they received confirmation from the Lord to plant New Creation Fellowship. The Todd’s and the Gray’s have been working in ministry together since meeting at Epiphany Fellowship in Philadelphia in 2015. They spent the last three years helping to cultivate a multicultural worship experience in Des Moines, IA.

ENDORSEMENTS
I am very enthusiastic about Rechab Gray’s call and commitment to plant a gospel-centered church in Orlando, Florida. Rechab is a man of integrity, passion, vision and unusual giftedness, all fueled by a deep and abiding love for his Savior, Jesus. You cannot be around Rechab without being drawn into that infectious combination of his love for Jesus and his love for people that have captured his heart and shaped his life and ministry. I am committed to do whatever I can to assist Rechab in this exciting gospel endeavor.
PAUL DAVID TRIPP // PASTOR, AUTHOR, & CONFERENCE SPEAKER
I had the privilege of walking with Rechab in his initial call into ministry. From the beginning of that call Rechab has demonstrated three passions. His passion for God and knowing his Word is seen in his voracious appetite for reading and studying the Bible. His passion for people is seen in both his broken heart for the lost, and his desire to see believers discipled in a way that leads them to maturity in Christ. His third passion is for his marriage and family. Rechab has consistently lived out his love for Brittany and their children as his first and most important God-ordained priority. I am thrilled beyond words to support Rechab and Brittany in the work of New Creation Fellowship Orlando.
LARRY SMITH // LEAD PASTOR, NEW LIFE PHILLY
Both Ike and Rechab are gifted preachers, theologians, and thoughtful pastors. However, those are not the things that got me most excited about their ministry years ago. My excitement stems from them passionately pursuing Jesus and leading others to do so as well. My excitement also flows from their commitment to live from the inside out. Both of these men have extraordinary character and a passion for the word that's contagious. Their examples impact their families first and then flow towards those around them. If I was in Orlando and looking for a church to join and partner within the gospel, I could easily call New Creation home!
