  1. Shout Fire or hit the nearest break glass call-point.
  2. Only attempt to fight the fire if it is safe to do so.
  3. If you are unsure or your attempt is unsuccessful.

ACTIONS ON HEARING THE FIRE ALARM

REMAIN ALERT!

  1. Evacuate via the nearest available exit - Follow the Fire Evacuation Signs.
  2. Report to the Assembly point.
  3. Keep Fire Doors Closed.
  4. Do not use lifts.
  5. Remain at the assembly point until instructed otherwise.
  6. Listen to instructions from the person in charge.
  7. Do not attempt to collect personal items.
  8. Do not try to re-enter the building.
