IDEA : Give patients access to an app with his/her profile in it which stores his/her whole medical history. Once prescriptions of the patient is given it is recorded in his/her profile. The access to this profile stays with the patient only which he can provide to the doctor through QR Code/NFC. Later only the relevant data is obtained by analysts to run algorithms on.

Win-Win for everyone – The doctors get access to previous tests, and thus can treat the patient properly. Patients are owner of their data and can refer to the data in case same problem arises in future. Analysts get the figures like readings, age, sex etc. to perform analysis on.
Ease of Usage /– The platform provides two ways to give access of their profile to doctor. 1) By scanning the QR code on doctors screen 2)By simply tapping their NFC TAGS on doctors’ NFC reader.
For the differentially abled – With methods of granting access like NFC tags even the differentially abled one’s can use the services of the platform
