Summer break is a time that students anticipate and look forward to each year. It is a well-deserved opportunity for everyone to relax, recharge, and refresh after 180 days filled with learning, hard work, and tremendous growth. Throughout the school year, students have faced challenges, celebrated successes, built friendships, and created memories that will last a lifetime. This summer, I encourage everyone to enjoy the simple moments, try new experiences, and make time for fun, family, and rest. Summer is also a wonderful chance to continue growing in new ways through reading, exploring, creating, and discovering passions. Remember, no matter what lies ahead, believe in yourself and all that you are capable of achieving:

Students will discuss the importance of self-care and explore how taking care of their minds and bodies helps them feel healthy, calm, and ready to learn. Students will identify simple self-care strategies such as getting enough sleep, eating healthy foods, exercising, taking breaks, talking about feelings, and practicing calming techniques.
