  • January-February, 2022 Project Design
  • March 1, 2022 – Pre-Bid Meeting
  • March 24, 2022 – Bid Opening
  • March 28, 2022 – Award Bid to Responsible Low Bidder
  • April, May, June – Contractor is ordering equipment and mobilizing
  • June 28, 2022 – Contractor starts project in School (Installs piping throughout building)
  • September 1, 2022 – Contractor starts working second shift (installs equipment in rooms, one room at a time)
  • December 31, 2022 – Contractor is substantially complete with project and begins punch list
  • January 31, 2023 – Contractor is 100% complete with project.
