Project the slide #4 onto your promethean board for students to see and sign out on the google form.

Hold students until the announcement at 1 to release.

Please do not allow students to leave unless they have a physical pass AND that club is listed as meeting today.

REMINDERS: CLUB PASSES

You must have a physical pass with your name on it to leave Pride Time for a club. �
If you do not have a pass, please reach out to your club sponsor with questions.

NOT ALL CLUBS MEET EVERY WEEK

If you have a pass, but your club is not listed on the next slide you should stay in Pride Time.

HOW TO ATTEND A CLUB:

1. Check to make sure that your club is meeting this week (list of clubs meeting on next slide).

2. Do you have a physical pass? If not, email the sponsor and wait until the next meeting.

3. IF you have a physical pass AND your club is listed as meeting sign out on the google form.

4. When the announcement is made at 12:59 to transition to clubs, show your Pride Time teacher your pass and report to your club meeting.

Students who requested to start a new club will be notified when it is approved and a meeting time and location are scheduled.

Is your Pride Time moving?

Pride Time Teachers: �LIST OF PRIDE TIMES MOVING (click on Tuesday or Friday tab)

If you have a co-teacher not sponsoring a club, they will escort any students not participating in clubs to the new location and stay to help provide coverage.

If you are a singleton Pride Time teacher, have your students report to their designated room at the announcement to move to clubs.
