PLEASE INCLUDE AN EVALUATION AT THE END OF YOUR PRESENTATION!

How do you evaluate a session?

You can evaluate your sessions in two ways:

objectively, by checking whether you have achieved the learning outcomes with your students; and

subjectively, by asking the attendees for feedback.

You decide how to do this based on what you need to keep improving your presentation skills.

Google Forms, Survey Monkey or Jotform if you want them later.

WHAT TO EXPECT…FROM THE FACILITATOR ASSIGNED TO YOUR SESSION

  • The Facilitator should arrive at the room about 8-10 minutes before the session begins. They will Introduce themselves as the facilitator and offer to help set up. They will Ask the presenter if they should signal 5 or 10 minutes left at the end of the session.
  •  They will ask if you want to be introduced and if so they make ask for some biographical information. (You can choose to introduce yourself )
  • When the session is scheduled to begin, The Facilitator will welcome the attendees and introduce the topic and presenter(s). This is optional but their goal is to help you start on time!
  • They will assist in distributing any handouts if necessary.
  • The Facilitator will count the attendees.
