Salesforce is the source of truth for many departments in the Pacaso ecosystem. From the sales team, to the processing and inspection team, to the internal maintenance team, Pacaso needed a way to organize and access their Google Drive files and folders while also keeping security in mind.

Solution�With Drive Connect, Pacaso has been able to automate their folder creation using Salesforce flows. Pacaso utilizes Shared Drives to control which subset of users can access those created folders to enforce secure practices. Drive Connect has made it easy for Pacaso to access the correct folder by displaying it directly on the record page.
