CAPTION | 🎉 We are pleased to announce that submissions for the 10th annual Photo Competition for #UNWorldOceansDay are open until April 28, 2023! 🎉� The milestone competition presents a unique opportunity for photographers to showcase the immense breadth and depth of the ocean’s beauty as well as to shed light on the lesser known promise and potential brimming beneath its waves. Winners will be announced on stage during the UN World Oceans Day event on 8 June and broadcast live on UN TV. This year’s categories for submissions include: No Time to Waste Putting the Ocean First The Wonderful World of Tides Ocean is Life Underwater Seascapes Big and Small Underwater Faces The photo competition for @unworldoceansday is curated by @underwaterellen and judged by a jury of world renowned photographers.
