Teaming Philosophy

- Teaming supports strong and consistent relationships between teachers and students.

-Allows a team of teachers to work closely together to plan, work towards interdisciplinary learning, and learn each student as an individual.

-Students will develop close working relationships with a team of adults and will have several advocates in the school

-Teams can work together to coordinate and plan schedules/assessments that are balanced and work for students.
