Common Issues (Again)

  • Inconsistent Preprocessing
    • Your preprocessing must be the exact same at training time and deployment time!
  • Incorrect feature order
    • If your model saw [age, gender, height] at training time, don’t pass [gender, height, age] at deployment time
  • Shape Issues
    • Depending on your framework, you may need to add a batch dimension to your input when predicting
