To bridge fragmentation and foster meaning across all levels of work by: 1) Sharing proven “on-ramps” that support diverse improvement methodologies 2) Promoting humane, sustainable ways of working within our business culture

NEXT

  • Complete experiments in manufacturing, non-profit, higher ed
  • Expand into new industries (e.g., healthcare, data transformation/SaaS, etc. )
  • Strengthen connections with adjacent communities
  • Cultivate intrinsic motivation to improve both workplace and personal well-being via our experiments
  • Develop and/or leverage existing entry-level improvement playbook
  • Identify and pursue strategy-to-execution experiment opportunities
