PURPOSE
To bridge fragmentation and foster meaning across all levels of work by: 1) Sharing proven “on-ramps” that support diverse improvement methodologies 2) Promoting humane, sustainable ways of working within our business culture
NEXT
- Complete experiments in manufacturing, non-profit, higher ed
- Expand into new industries (e.g., healthcare, data transformation/SaaS, etc. )
- Strengthen connections with adjacent communities
- Cultivate intrinsic motivation to improve both workplace and personal well-being via our experiments
- Develop and/or leverage existing entry-level improvement playbook
- Identify and pursue strategy-to-execution experiment opportunities
