What is Design Thinking Methodology (DTM)?

Understand the challenges faced by VET students with disabilities through discussions, interviews, and surveys.

Empathize

Identify barriers in existing mobility programs (e.g., physical, informational, or systemic obstacles)

Define

Use workshops (like during the LTTA) and the World Café sessions to brainstorm solutions collaboratively.

Ideate

Develop initial versions of tools, such as the self-assessment toolkit and guidelines for professionals.

Prototype

Collect feedback during LTTA activities to refine and adapt these tools for real-world use.

Test

Launch the self-assessment toolkit in partner schools and organizations & ensure continuous improvement.
