THE OUBLIETTE
The story takes place in fall. In the story on page 3, it says “the trees outside the window hissed and rustled in the warm August night.”
She is at luke’s house staring out his bedroom window.
Heather was reluctant to read the comic book because there were stories about what could happen and the book was really creepy.
There are trees outside hissing and there are leaves and twigs across the paved yard chasing the wind and a three quarter moon that are glowing through the gaps in the clouds, typical boys room plane cream white walls, posters of bands clothes all over the floor.
Heathers face turns red when she lies.
“I wasn’t scared, she murmured, but she was turning bright red and she knew it”

the comic
DETAILS: sealed in wax paper, the seal was in a hexagon shape with the letter M. the comic they read is dark as it starts with a girl running through a labyrinth away from a mannequin made of sharp metal, as it chases her it leaves a trail of oil behind it. The fear in the girl’s eyes was so real it made Heather look away in the book.
What do we know about him?
He is a very tall and slim figure who is known to haunt people when they are alone in the dark. He is made up of fang bone and horn and makes disturbing noises.
-You have to do a ritual to see him, you have to say “tall jake take me away” 6 times in a row before the fire burns out.
-Makes others have fear of him.
