For us organization of youth exchanges is a very big mission, according to experience we know how it is important for youth, they can express themselves, develop and improve different skills.

If you bring your good mood, curiosity, talents, hesitation, critical voice, great ideas, skills, sense of humour, and match that all with our enthusiasm and wish to make you feel home here, the message is clear – we´ll do it and do it well!

The core of the programme is focused on getting experience and knowledge. Please be prepared for a challenge. There will be time to talk, discuss, share, create videos, organize social campaigns, debate as well as dance, sing and have a party!

Description of the project

At the age of 15-18, young people begin to explore themselves and their strengths and weaknesses, so they often face problems of self-esteem, non-acceptance of others and searching for their own self. Young people of this age are often very dependent on the opinions of people close to them and society in general, forgetting about their own condition. The project aims to explore the topic of self-esteem and its impact and importance in young people's lives. At the youth exchange we will talk about topics such as: confidence, how to support yourself, our childhood and the role of nature in mental health.

Provide an opportunity to try these techniques to better understand yourself
Establishment of a safe space for open dialogue and exchange with young people

Reimbursement

Keep all flight tickets (board passes) and checks from travel cost to our national agency. If you would like to back your money, don’t lose them.

The money will be returned within a couple of months after the end of the project.

The venue

We will stay in Tammispea, in youth suburban camp Vihasoo, located in the Lahemaa National Park and natural protected area. This is the wonderful place which located next to the Baltic sea (100m).
We will be accommodated in cottages with the capacity of 4-6 persons
Our rooms are clean and simple but do not have unsuited bathrooms. They will be in separated houses. On the territory we have two wooden session rooms, sport places for volleyball and basketball, dining room, fireplaces and near sea! This is a wonderful nature place!
Bed linen and small towel are provided.
Wi-Fi is available. Everybody will have possibility to use it.
Full board is provided during the youth exchange, additional like snack or sweets the youngsters can buy in the camp in the small shop. For adults (people who are over 18 years old will be possible to buy beer or wine).
