#OneTeam - We got now same standard in our warehouse. So one teammate who’s coming on the other team area isn’t lost.

#AutonomyForTeammates - She/He can find easier and faster the information that he needs. He can be actor of this area with a whiteboard where he can write all the stats of his team, all the problematics and solve it then.
