GETTING STARTED
Before your first shift
No one works a shift until the office clears their paperwork. Send forms to office@oakridgedairy.com.

Training Shift
A paid first shift at the Oakridge Farm Store with Brendan
PAY & TIME
Getting paid
$20
per hour, including setup, training and Team Day
Pay
Street Team members will receive weekly paper checks mailed directly to them
7 AM
Monday deadline for mileage and receipts
Clock in on PeopleCor
Arrive 20 minutes early and clock in when you arrive. Clock out when you finish.
Mileage
One-way when you report straight to the event. None when you are paid for travel, such as loading at the shed.
Receipts
Bought ice or supplies? Text or email a photo of the receipt to Brendan.

SCHEDULING
Signing up for events

Sign up on the event sheet
Tap the event link in GroupMe. A thumbs-up in the chat does not count.

First come, first served
New events are posted to GroupMe as they are added.

Leave others alone
Never delete anyone's name or anything else on the sheet.

BEFORE THE EVENT
Picking up your kit
The supply shed is the red shed to the left of the Oakridge Farm Store. Pick up the morning of or the day before.
EVERY KIT
Paid time. When a pickup is required, clock in when you start loading. Brendan tells you about extras like a tent, iPad or prize wheel.

AT THE EVENT
Setting up
Arrive 20 minutes early
Clock in on arrival so the booth is ready when doors open.
Check in
Introduce yourself to the manager or organizer and ask where to set up.
Build the booth
Table, tablecloth, sign, cooler, cups, stickers, business cards.
FOOD SAFETY, EVERY TIME
Wash hands. Keep every can cold.

Set Up
Setup varies slightly depending on event,�but generally look like this.
AT THE EVENT
During the event
Pour smart
Pour cups of each flavor and refill as they go. Adjust to the crowd and keep the milk cold.
Draw people in
Take photos
Snap your setup and add it to the GroupMe album or text them to Brendan
Run sales
Use the iPad with your own Square team login. Bring the cash box when selling.
Answer honestly
Use the Q&A in the event sheet. Don't guess; take their email or number and send it to Brendan.
Phones
For work only while you are at the table. Personal use on breaks.

WRAPPING UP
Closing an event

Pack it up
Break down the setup and pack everything into your Moozy kit.

Leave it clean
Take out all trash and recycling.
✓
Report your counts
Send Brendan the cans taken off store shelves, by flavor, and bags of ice used.

Send questions
Post any customer questions you wrote down to Brendan.

Say thank you
Thank the manager or organizer for having Moozy.

Handle the kit
Keep it if you have events soon; otherwise return it to the farm. Always return it when asked.
